The Bucket Hat
Originally worn by Irish farmers and fishermen as protection against the rain, the bucket hat has a long history. Our design kept the downward-slanting brim (flip up or down) and a small footprint (throw it in your pocket or bag easily) while squaring off the top and adding a pop of color!
**Please take note that these will be shipping the week of December 9th**
Sewn in 100% sustainable cotton. The raw materials are upcycled and woven by a family owned and operated mill, based out of Guatemala. Their circular manufacturing process is chemical-free, dye-free and uses minimal water and energy.
Each hat is garment dyed by hand and has it's own unique finish. We strive for color consistency but slight variations should be expected. We use fiber reactive dyes that have a strong wash and light fastness.
To get your circumference, wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your head. If you don't have a measuring tape, a piece of string or floss and a ruler works too. Please note that this cotton does not have much stretch, so size up if you're in between sizes. A bit of wiggle room is never a bad idea!
