We couldn't bare to toss these beautifully dyed bits of fabric in the trash, so we've designed a pillow that's sewn almost completely from scraps. Inspired by quilting and patchwork techniques, we slowly piece together each pillow into this graphic pattern.
It takes 64 squares (cut with care) to create one pillow. The back is 8oz. upcycled cotton and has an envelope style closure. Take note that we don’t photograph each individual pillow. Due to the inconsistent nature of scraps, what you see here is a general representation of the colorway you’ll be receiving.
The cotton scraps are woven by a family owned and operated mill, based out of Guatemala. Their circular manufacturing process is chemical-free, dye-free and uses minimal water and energy. Our deadstock fabric is sourced by our team in Los Angeles, Calif.
