The Sun Hat
THE SUMMER OF COVID
I took these photos in my tiny living room, with a tripod and remote-clicker. The natural light came from the front door, where people walking their dog would occasionally stop to watch my awkward poses. At the time, it was nearly impossible to collaborate with models, so I worked with what I had.

This sun hat was not just another product listing in my shop. It represented an activity that was incredibly sacred to me during such a dark time. Putting it on meant we were (safely) going outside for some fresh air and Vitamin D. I envisioned all my customers doing the same, with a big smile on their face :)
